| Maria Stabio is a painter and imagemaker in New York City. She currently attends Columbia University's School of the Arts MFA program with a concentration in Visual Arts. Originally from San Francisco, she has lived in Boston and studied abroad in Venice, Italy. She graduated from Boston University's College of Fine arts with a degree in Painting in 2007. Her work has been shown at Gallery 34 in Tiburon, CA and Hang Art Gallery near San Francisco's Union Square. Her paintings are also held in several private east and west Coast collections.
